ATARI ANNOUNCES THAT JEFF LAPIN HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Lyons, France, December 11, 2009 – Atari S.A. announces that Jeff Lapin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, replacing David Gardner, who will keep his Director functions. Mr. Lapin joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2009, having been a Director of the Company since December 2007. Mr. Lapin has a strong track record in the entertainment and gaming industry, including various executive functions at RazorGator Interactive Group, Take-Two Interactive Software and THQ.

INFOGRAMES ENTERTAINMENT APPOINTS FRANK DANGEARD AS NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lyon – France, March 16, 2009 – Infogrames Entertainment announces that in its meeting of March 15, 2009, the Board appointed Frank E. Dangeard as the new non-executive Chairman of the Group. Michel Combes will remain as board member but wishes to dedicate more time to his other professional obligations. Eugene I. Davis has resigned from the Board. Apart from the appointment of Frank Dangeard and the resignation of Mr. Davis, the Board remains unchanged.
