Atari announces 30.1% revenue growth to €54.5 million for the 1^st quarter of fiscal year 2009/2010

Lyon – France, July 24^th, 2009 – Atari, S.A. announces its consolidated first quarter revenues for fiscal year 2009/2010 (ended June 30, 2009) with a 30.1% growth year-on-year to €54.5 million (representing a 16.2% growth at constant exchange rate). This solid performance was achieved mainly thanks to the commercial success of two recent titles: Ghostbusters: The Video Game in the United States and The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.

•  Business transition substantially completed due to a deep operational and financial restructuring and the sale of the distribution business
• Transition costs had non-recurring impacts on year end profitability of -€175.9 million. Infogrames 2008/2009 actual net losses amounted to ‑€226.1 million. Excluding main costs of the transformation mainly relating to reorganization plan, Atari adjusted net losses, amounted to ‑€50.2 million representing a €4.9 million improvement when compared to the prior year
• Corporate Rebranding: Infogrames renamed to Atari to leverage worldwide brand recognition and affinity

Lyon, France, February 13, 2009 – For the first nine months of the fiscal year 2008/2009 (from April 2008 to December 2008), Infogrames revenues amounted to €234.1 million, representing a +8.5% increase at constant exchange rates and a +4.7% increase at current exchange rates. For the third quarter of the fiscal year 2008/2009 (from October 2008 to December 2008), Infogrames revenues amounted to €102.3 million, compared to €132.4 million for the same period last year.

Lyon, France, February 3^rd, 2009, 8:05am CET – Infogrames Entertainment S.A. (“Infogrames”) announced the signature of a definitive agreement between Atari Europe S.A.S (“Atari Europe”) and Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S. (“Namco Bandai”) establishing a strategic partnership. Under the terms of this agreement, Namco Bandai will get a 34% stake in currently named Distribution Partners S.A.S (“Distribution Partners”), a subsidiary of Atari Europe regrouping Infogrames’ distribution operations in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Atari Europe will hold the remaining 66% stake in Distribution Partners. In addition, as from the closing of the transaction, Distribution Partners will benefit from exclusive physical packaged-goods distribution rights for video games produced by Namco Bandai in Europe, Australia, New-Zealand and Africa and by Infogrames in these territories as well as in Asia and South America.
